A former Gin Bar & nightclub to be converted into PWH welfare facilities for the Cathedral hotel project & then utilized as staff facilities once the hotel opens its doors.

Works to include:

• Remedial works to the front facades.
• Restoration of the original shop fronts & Windows
• Internal Structural works, working with our heritage consultant & structural engineer.
• Masonry works
• New internal finishes & decorations

The Cathedral Hotel: 2025 Planning permission granted

• New rooftop bar
• New lift shaft & lift to the roof.
• Enhancements to the front facades
• New heritage style windows & doors
• Create 13 x luxury suites
• Hotel reception area
• New ground floor open kitchen/restaurant/Bar
• Private lounge

We are currently working to restore the building existing external features to include:

• New warm deck flat roofs
• Restoration of the tiled roofs & chimneys
• New coping stones & rendering to the parapet walls
• New rendered elevations
• New windows & doors
• New drainage & package treatment plant
• New Hard landscaping
• New fencing

Whilst the external works are progressing we are also working hard to transform the internal rooms and F&B areas.

Internal works to include:

• New HVAC
• New floors & walling systems
• New wall finishes & decoration
