Originally the house was a small 1950s bungalow comprising of two bedrooms and one bathroom. Following the complete renovation of the whole house by PWH Building, extending the property into a five bedrooms and three bathrooms home.
Dormer conversions are favoured by planners in areas of conservation. Where they are permitted two or more of these, as in this case three are used to increase space and add symmetry.
This was an architect designed project.
The build was finished to a high standard, installing modern fittings including kitchens and bathrooms. The project took 8 months to complete.
